Schedule Description
📙 Week 1 Project: Create a simple 3D scene using basic geometric shapes and apply different colors to them.
📙 Week 2 Project: Build a scene using various basic geometric shapes and experiment with scaling, rotating, and positioning them.
📙 Week 3 Project: Design and model a simple cartoon character using basic shapes and add color to bring it to life.
📙 Week 4 Project: Model and assemble a robot using a combination of geometric shapes and create a unique design.
📙 Week 5 Project: Apply textures to 3D objects, such as adding a wood texture to a cube or a brick texture to a sphere.
📙 Week 6 Project: Design and create a low-poly environment, such as a simple landscape or a room, using basic shapes and textures.
📙 Week 7 Project: Create a simple animation, such as a bouncing ball or a rotating cube, using keyframes and different animation techniques.
📙 Week 8 Project: Rig a simple character, such as a stick figure or a cartoon character, and create a basic animation using the rig.
📙 Week 9 Project: Create a simple physics simulation, such as a ball falling and bouncing off a surface or objects colliding.
📙 Week 10 Project: Set up a basic scene with different types of lights and experiment with their placement and intensity.
📙 Week 11 Project: Design and model a 3D logo using text and shapes, and apply materials and lighting to enhance its appearance.
📙 Week 12 Project: Create a particle system for effects like fire, smoke, or rain and experiment with different parameters and settings.
📙 Week 13 Project: Model and texture a game asset, such as a weapon or a power-up, suitable for use in a simple game environment.
📙 Week 14 Project: Use sculpting tools to create a simple sculpture or a character head, focusing on shaping and detailing.
📙 Week 15 Project: Animate a character's walk cycle, focusing on the movement of the legs, arms, and body to create a natural walking motion.
📙 Week 16 Project: Model and texture a 3D vehicle, such as a car or a spaceship, and add basic rigging for movable parts.
📙 Week 17 Project: Explore advanced physics simulations, such as cloth or fluid simulations, and create simple examples using Blender's physics engine.
📙 Week 18 Project: Experiment with advanced texturing techniques, such as procedural textures or texture painting, on a 3D object.
📙 Week 19 Project: Create more complex animations, such as character interactions or object reactions, incorporating advanced animation principles.
📙 Week 20 Project: Design and create a simple architectural scene, such as a house or a room, with realistic materials, lighting, and rendering settings
📙 Week 21 Project: Create dynamic camera movements and shots, such as a flythrough or a pan, to enhance the visual storytelling of a scene.
📙 Week 22 Project: Model and texture a product, such as a phone or a toy, and set up a studio environment for realistic product renders.
📙 Week 23 Project: Explore advanced modeling tools and techniques, such as modifiers or boolean operations, to create more complex 3D objects.
📙 Week 24 Project: Have students create a scene based on a story or fairytale of their choice. They will model and texture the characters, environment, and props, and then animate the scene to bring the story to life. This project will allow them to explore character development, storytelling, and animation techniques.
📙 Week 25 Continue 24 . . .
📙 Week 26 Project: Assign students a famous landmark or architectural structure, such as the Eiffel Tower or Taj Mahal. They will research and gather reference images, then model and texture the landmark in Blender. Finally, they will create a walkthrough animation, guiding viewers through the architectural masterpiece, highlighting its unique features and historical significance.
📙 Week 27 Continue 26 . . .
📙 Week 28 Continue 26 . . .
📙 Week 29 Final Project
📙 Week 30 Final Project
